Return & Exchange Policy

At Vyaga, we are committed to delivering premium quality ethnic wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or altered items.
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for size issues or manufacturing defects, 
If the requested size is unavailable, the customer may choose an alternate style. Any price difference must be paid by the customer. If the alternate product is priced lower, the balance amount will be refunded.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, contact our Customer Support team with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, instructions for pickup or shipping will be shared.

5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after the product passes quality inspection.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video for quick resolution. Claims submitted without unboxing video proof will not be processed.
