1 When Will I Receive My Refund?
Upon registering a return request with our Customer Service team, the following structured process will be followed:
Product Pickup
The return pickup is typically scheduled within two (2) business days from the date of request confirmation.
Refund Initiation
Upon successful pickup and quality verification of the returned product, the refund will be initiated within one (1) business day.
Refund Credit Timeline
Once initiated, the refunded amount is expected to reflect in your account within five (5) to seven (7) business days. The exact credit timeline may vary depending on the original mode of payment and the processing timelines of the respective financial institution.

Products returned with torn, tampered, or damaged packaging will not qualify for acceptance or refund..
2. Can I Change the Mode of Payment for My Refund?
Refunds will be processed strictly through the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
For security and compliance reasons, we are unable to alter or change the payment method once the transaction has been completed.
3. What Is the Duration Within Which Returns Are Accepted?
Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed within 7 business days following a successful quality inspection of the returned product.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The refund will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product has successfully passed the quality check.
Please note that the refund timeline begins only after the returned item has been received and approved by our quality team.
4.What Is the Refund Method for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders?
For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, refunds will be remitted directly to the customer’s designated bank account upon successful receipt and completion of the quality inspection of the returned product.
The refund will be processed only after the returned item has been verified and approved in accordance with our return policy guidelines.
5. What Happens If My Order Is Lost or Undelivered?
In the event that your order is confirmed as lost in transit or remains undelivered to the address provided at the time of purchase, you will be entitled to a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges paid online.
The refund will be processed in accordance with our standard refund timelines upon verification of the delivery status.
6. What Happens to the Shipping and COD Charges If I Return a Delivered Order?
Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) fees are non-refundable in the event a delivered order is returned.
These charges are levied towards logistics and service facilitation and, therefore, are not eligible for reimbursement once the order has been successfully delivered.
7.Can I Cancel My Order?
You may cancel your order within two (2) hours of placing it, between Monday and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Please note that certain orders are processed and dispatched promptly after confirmation. In such cases, cancellation may not be feasible once the order has entered the fulfillment or shipping stage.

Refund for Cancelled Orders:

8. How Long Does It Take for a Refund to Be Processed for Debit and Credit Card Transactions?
The timeline for refunds processed to debit or credit cards is subject to the respective bank’s internal processing policies. We recommend reviewing your bank account or credit card statement to track the status of the credited amount.
Please note that only the product value is eligible for refund. Delivery, shipping, and handling charges are strictly non-refundable.
